CBN(Cubic Boron Nitride) grade TB400 is specially designed by ToolingBox (Beijing) Industrial Technology Co., Ltd for alloyed cast iron and alloy cast steel, 

such as High chromium&chilled cast iron, rollers etc, with 50-70% pure PCBN content (2-4um particle size) in a metallic based binder which greatly helps in dissipating heat.

This CBN material can produce as good or better tolerances than conventional grinding with longer tool life and machining efficiency.

Recommended cutting data:

Vc up to 200m/min （ related to the dia of the roller);
F = 0.6-0.8;
Ap = 2-6mm for rough machining；
